Compact solution for producing and packaging of dry ice pellets.
 

Characteristics

Compact solution for producing and packaging of dry ice pellets. Automatic packaging system consist from Pelletizer IP-100-H, 1 head linear weigher with vibration product doosing system, Vertical Form Seal Machine ICS - RM 25, Platform for the weigher and Pelletizer and Outtake conveyor ICS - RC-25. The intented filling quantity is from 0,5kg to 1 kg. PLC controller is Allen Bradley ®.

10” color HMI with easy programing, statistics (accuracy, number of drops etc.) visualization, input/outputs diagnostic. Bag lenght size setting is changed via operator's panel, no need of changing forming tube. 

Forming tube is for weight bag 250 mm. Everything different width requires a new forming tube.

Setting is changed via HMI panel, there is possible to pre-set for 100 programs.

Device is equiped with automatic film unwinding system with stretching bar equipped with SICK sensor for constant film tension and detecting end. The packaging system ison rails, which enables the mobility and multifunctionality of the entire assembly. Contact parts  are made of stainless steel.

Output conveyor -belt  width 250mm and length 2000mm. Automatic packaging system is delivered with a one roll of packaging film which is needed for installation.
