3-Year Extended Warranty

At ICS, we strive to constantly innovate and advance in all areas, so that our services are more efficient, flexible, more profitable and closer to you, our customers. That's why we have prepared a special novelty for you this year - an extended warranty for the device completely free of charge!

This 3-Year Extended Warranty Programme is provided solely under the terms and conditions set forth herein for a period of up to 3 years from the purchase of the products listed below which were purchased in the period from August 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025. The Authorised person for the Extended Warranty is any customer, who purchases the Provider's products from the Provider or from an Provider's authorised distributor in the period from August 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025 and who registers each purchased product individually by completing the registration form, including also the consent to these terms and conditions as well as the consent with processing of personal data.

PRODUCTS 

The Extended Warranty is granted only to the first purchaser of the product who has registered the product, i.e. in the event of any transfer of ownership or possession of the product, the Extended Warranty for that product shall expire. This Extended Warranty Program applies exclusively to the Dry Ice Blasting Machines IC 022 EVO/ IC 022 EVO Plus, IC 030, IC 110 E /IC 110 E Plus, IC 310 / IC 310 Plus, IC 310 S / IC 310 S Plus, IC 410 / IC 410 S, IC 430. 

Pelletizers, spare parts and accessories are excluded from this Extended Warranty. 

REGISTRATION  

Obtaining this Extended Warranty is conditional upon the customer's registration of the individual product within 30 calendar days following the purchase of the product at: https://www.ics-dryice.com/en/warranty-extension. The customer shall provide true and complete data as required by the registration form.

SERVICE INSPECTION  

This Extended Warranty is provided under a condition that a standard service inspection of the registered product is performed every 12 months from the Date of purchase by the Provider or the Provider's authorised distributor, from whom the given product was purchased by the customer, until the expiration of the Extended Warranty period.
